We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping: $9 flat rate
- FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more
- FREE local pickup in Douglas, GA
Processing Times:
- Ready-made jewelry: 1–3 business days
- Custom handmade jewelry: 3–5 business days
- Ready-made clothing: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order clothing: 5–10 business days
Orders are shipped through USPS.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers will receive tracking information when their orders ship.

We offer FREE local pickup in Douglas, Georgia!
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification to arrange a convenient pickup time. All pickups must be scheduled in advance — please don't arrive until your order has been confirmed ready.

If you think you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct information — we’ll do what we can. Please note that once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Livi Lou Collection, every order is prepared with love and care!
We accept exchange requests on eligible ready-made clothing within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Requirements:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to available inventory.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was made by Livi Lou.
Final Sale Items:
- Custom handmade necklaces
- Personalized jewelry
- Made-to-order T-shirts
- Clearance or discounted items
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days with pictures and order information.
Exceptions required by applicable law will be honored.

Refunds & Return Shipping
Your satisfaction is important to Livi Lou Collection!
Refunds may be issued for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled
- Other circumstances required by applicable law
Customers should contact shop@livilou.com within 7 days of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Include order number and pictures of the issue.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Custom jewelry, personalized products, and made-to-order clothing are generally nonrefundable for changes of mind once production has started, except where required by law.
Original shipping fees are generally nonrefundable for voluntary returns.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change!
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not already shipped or entered production.
Once production has begun on custom jewelry, personalized items, or made-to-order clothing, cancellations for a change of mind may not be accepted.
To request cancellation, email shop@livilou.com with the order number as soon as possible.
If Livi Lou cannot fulfill or ship an order within the promised timeframe, customers will be offered the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
